About Me

Meet Meredith...

My name is Meredith and I’m here to share my leadership development, coaching and business expertise with you. Having spent over 20 years in a broad range of leadership and executive leadership roles in legal, ethics, and compliance roles for Walmart, I bring a unique and informed perspective on the challenges that business leaders currently face.

There is no playbook to help navigate this life. A few years ago, I found myself struggling to balance professional and personal priorities–leading global teams, shuttling teens to activities, and serving as the primary caregiver for my mother with Alzheimer’s. At this crossroads, I discovered coaching. It helped me learn how to live in my ambiguity and experiment with different behaviors, and it created the conditions for me to become comfortable being uncomfortable. Coaching changed my life, and I’m confident that it can also change yours.

“My passion for developing people and myself throughout my career created opportunities to work with incredibly talented professionals across business functions. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to develop my leadership practice at Fortune’s no. 1 largest global company, and I know that it was a difference-maker that allowed me to achieve great success with the complex teams that I led.

I believe that everyone has the potential to accomplish and even exceed what may seem like far-reaching goals.”
